Dr. Aritra Pan is an Assistant Professor in the area of Information Systems at International Management Institute (IMI), Bhubaneshwar. Prior to joining IMI, Dr. Pan was associated with IIM Bodh Gaya as Assistant Professor of IT Systems and Analytics. Dr. Pan has experience of working in several premiere management institutes like IFMR GSB, Krea University (Assistant Professor of Data Science), Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad (Assistant Professor and Chairperson of Business Analytics) etc. His work and research interest belong to analytics in the dimensions of financial markets, strategic consulting, cost-growth strategy, client profiling, healthcare and social sciences using predictive modeling and research skills. By education, Dr. Pan was awarded PhD in Financial Markets (Trading) Analytics from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Dr. Pan also holds Master’s and Bachelor’s of Engineering in Information Technology and Computer Science and Technology respectively from Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur. Before joining IMT Ghaziabad, Dr. Pan was associated with leading MNCs like PricewaterhouseCoopers as Lead Data Scientist and Manager (Data Science and Advanced Analytics) and RS Software as Software Engineer (Data Warehouse Developer and Business Analyst). Dr. Pan is certified corporate trainer and has organized multiple MDP and FDP programs in Data Science and Business Analytics.
