Dr. Arkajyoti De currently holds the position of Assistant Professor in OM & Quantitative Techniques at International Management Institute Bhubaneswar. He got his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, in 2023. He completed his M.Tech. degree from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, in 2017. He is a keen researcher of OM & Decision Science domain and has achieved a good publication record and multiple research awards.

Dr. De is an experienced researcher in Operations and Decision Science domain. His primary areas of interest are Operations Research, Operations Management, Agri-supply chain, Global agri-logistics, and Outsourcing in the supply chain. During his Ph.D., Dr. De conducted research on the agri-pricing supply chain. This research aimed to find the effects of the changing notions of the agri-supply chain due to technological developments, globalization, and digitalization in the supply chain. His papers have been published in various reputed journals of Elsevier and Emerald Publication.
